Breakfast 101: Oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of my favorite nutritious breakfasts, especially when it is cold outside. I love Bakery on Main’s gluten-free instant oatmeal. The constancy is my favorite and it is easy to make. I add banana, cinnamon, and vanilla almond butter (for protein and a touch of sweetness). Oatmeal is one of the best carbs you can eat! It has the potential to lower blood pressure and is linked to good heart health… So eat more oatmeal!
