My favorite five ingredient smoothie that will make you feel amazing from the inside-out…
I grew up always open to trying new things, no matter what color, or what is in it, I have always been one to taste different types of food and curious about where the ingredients came from. When I started working at Sunlife Organics in 2014, I quickly jumped onto the organic food train and began to learn about the many benefits of different supplements, ingredients, and the importance of fresh fruits and vegetables. Since I spent the majority of my time there, I was constantly trying new smoothies, shakes, and different juices. In that time, I put together a little green smoothie recipe that consists of only 5 ingredients and tastes like the beach!
What you’ll need (makes one serving)
- Organic Banana (I prefer to use a frozen one!)
- Organic pineapple: 1 cu
- Organic Mango: 1 cup
- Organic Spinach: 2 medium handfuls
- Pure Coconut Water: 12 ounces
Blend together until you can no longer see any particles of spinach. Serve and enjoy!
